Mike is not only a knowledgeable coach, but also a real inspiration. I was able to do some training rides and runs with Mike as he prepared for his second full Iron-distance triathlon. Witnessing his dedication to his training, and actually being there to watch him cross the finish line was just the motivation I needed.
Mike has helped me make the transition from sprint to Olympic distance triathlons, and helped me train for my first Half–Ironman.
