After nearly 20 years of not taking very good care of myself I decided to make a change. My career has me on the road almost every week and with that comes poor diet, little physical activity and not much time for yourself. What I needed was a lifestyle change so I turned to the most knowledgeable person I know on matters of personal health for some coaching. Mike took a very practical approach in establishing what I wanted to accomplish and how to get there.
He advised me to set some firm goals and commit to them. He also coached me through proper technique, injury prevention and nutrition. Most importantly though he encouraged me to have fun, stick with it and focus on attaining the goals. Mike’s passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is infectious. It’s been over two years since I first turned to Mike for coaching and since then I’ve been working out regularly, eating better and I’ve lost 30 pounds all within the confines of my busy schedule and without injury.
