Your personal AFY Program will encompass both weight and resistance training, working all of the major muscle groups and cardiovascular exercises to build endurance. Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes a 10-minute warm-up and a 10-minute cool down and stretch.

I will do my best to make each session challenging but interesting, and we will adapt as we go. Making sure we continue those exercises that you like, working on those you may be struggling with, and try to eliminate any problems that arise.

Individual & Couples

Although many of you will choose to make this healthy lifestyle journey by yourself (which is perfectly fine and encouraged) I would like couples to consider doing the program together. This is why my prices for couples are the same as individuals. So as long as you and your significant other can workout in the same location at the same time, you can benefit from having each other there.

Couples that work out together get to share some quality time with each other, share a new common interest, help support and motivate each other, experience a deeper bond, understand the respect a healthy lifestyle requires and take pride in each other’s achievements.

2 days/week @ $35 per session = $105 1 month = $266 3 months = $719
3 days/week @ $35 per session = $105 1 month = $400 3 months = $1080
4 days/week @ $30 per session = $120 1 month = $455 3 months = $1230
5 days/week @ $25 per session = $125 1 month = $475 3 months = $1280
$21.33 per session

Family & Friends (3-4 people)

And if you think couples that exercise together grow closer, imagine what it can do to your entire family. Our kids need to be taught how to exercise and what better way then to have them watch you do it alongside them. This is why I also offer and encourage you to take advantage of the family pricing. No matter how big your immediate family is, along as you can all workout together at the same time in the same house every member of your family can start and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Your first two children are free, each additional child only cost $5 per session (minimum age of six.)

If you and your friends decide that you’d rather all work out together, AFY will make sure you still reach your individual goals, but with the advantages of having a group’s support.

3 days/week @ $50 per session = $150 1 month = $570 3 months = $1539
4 days/week @ $45 per session = $180 1 month = $684 3 months = $1847
5 days/week @ $40 per session = $200 1 month = $760 3 months = $2052
$34.20 per session
or as little as $8.55 per person for a group of 4

Group exercise sessions help by encouraging participants to show up but at the same time they are great for complimenting members on their success. People who work out in groups are more likely to stick with their fitness program and break through barriers they may have had in the past trying to do it on their own.

There are two sets of prices for groups; small groups are 5-9 people while large groups are 10-20 people. If you and your friends decide you would like to work out as a group, more than likely our sessions will be conducted outside, unless we have access to a location large enough to accommodate the group.

Small Group (5-9 people)

3 days/week @ $75 per session = $225 1 month = $855 3 months = $2309
4 days/week @ $70 per session = $280 1 month = $1064 3 months = $2873
5 days/week @ $65 per session = $325 1 month = $1235 3 months = $3335
$55.58 per session
or as little as $6.18 per person for a group of 9

Large Group / Corporate (10-20 people)

3 days/week @ $150 per session = $450 1 month = $1710 3 months = $4617
$128.25 per session
or as little as $6.41 per person for a group of 20

Corporate Fitness Facts

Estimates show that overweight and obese employees cost American companies $12.7 billion a year, including higher medical bills, higher health insurance costs, lower productivity and 39 million lost workdays. Corporate wellness programs have gained popularity and momentum and corporate America has become increasingly aware of the numerous advantages wellness programs offer. Studies prove that incorporating a health and wellness program aids in:

  • Lower health care costs
  • Increased productivity
  • Reduced health care costs
  • Decreased sick-days, absenteeism and worker’s compensation/disability
  • Improved employee morale and loyalty.

Studies show that for every dollar spent on a preventive health program, a company can save as much as $6 in insurance costs. Plus the University of Michigan and Johnson & Johnson show that employers can save:

  • $1,100 a year for every employee who breaks their addictive smoking habit.
  • $269 a year for every employee who progresses from couch potato to fitness enthusiast.
  • $1,200 a year on employees who reduce their cholesterol levels from 240 milligrams to 190 milligrams.
  • $177 a year for every employee who goes from obesity (more than 30 pounds overweight) to a healthy weight.

In a day and age where competition is fierce, don’t you want your employees to be the best they can? Having a healthy, happy, productive front line can positively affect your bottom line. Your employees are your most important assets. A comprehensive fitness program can help.

  • Improve your employees’ overall health
  • Reduce the amount of sick days
  • Increase productivity
  • Raise company morale and camaraderie
  • Strengthen employee/employer relations

Introducing your employees to a healthier, active lifestyle generates success in all aspects of their lives. Employers can reduce costs for serious illnesses, such as heart disease, diabetes and obesity by identifying high-risk employees and encouraging them to change their behaviors. Wellness experts agree that a work site health promotion program is the best way to achieve this goal.
