No matter your age or fitness level, triathlon training incorporates all of the most successful ideas about getting and staying fit through cross training with the necessary respect for mind and body and determination needed to succeed. When you join the AFY Tri Team you will instantly have the support of an entire team all with the same goal… to swim, bike and run. Each season we will identify local races for the team to register and train for together.
Training plans are available for Sprint, International, Half-Ironman and Ironman distance triathlons. Each plan can be specifically designed to accommodate your current fitness level and range in difficulty from beginner to advance triathlete and from 12 to 24 weeks.
